Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Hollow Arts Center and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be accessibility review. You would join a small organisation of about 167 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Design for tasks around school partnerships that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in school partnerships. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
