Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge North Press and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be accessibility review. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Design for tasks around customer orders that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in customer orders. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
