Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Ironwood Summit Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Oklahoma City, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. You would join a small organisation of about 132 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around meal programmes that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in meal programmes. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
