Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Northwind Ember Early Learning Group operates neighbourhood childcare around Colorado Springs. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on accessibility review. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
