Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Junction Markets and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be accessibility review. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Design for tasks around online orders that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in online orders. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
