Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Nova Sable Insurance is an insurance company in Reno with claims and service teams, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around customer complaints that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in customer complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
