Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Pike Learning Group and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be accessibility review. You would join a large organisation of about 347 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Design for tasks around enrolment that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
