Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Foxglove Vale Financial is a financial-services company in Rochester. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on accessibility review. You would join a small organisation of about 62 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around customer onboarding that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in customer onboarding. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
