Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Northwind Rook Markets serves neighbourhoods around Tucson with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on accessibility review. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around promotions that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in promotions. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
