Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Highbridge Granite Community Partners is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for donor records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in donor records. • Experience running usability tests.
