Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Nova Meadow Markets Partners serves neighbourhoods around Memphis with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. You would join a large organisation of about 713 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around shrink and waste that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
