Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (Providence, RI)

We are growing our team at Silverline Beacon Medical and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be accessibility review. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Design for tasks around regulatory submissions that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
