Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (Pittsburgh, PA)

Redstone Glen Banking Services is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for loan files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in loan files. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
