Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (Phoenix, AZ)

Amberfield Granite Medical designs and makes medical devices in Phoenix, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around regulatory submissions that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
