Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (Philadelphia, PA)

Summit Ivory Health is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for patient education, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around patient education that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in patient education. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
