Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (Philadelphia, PA)

Summit Linden Banking Services Group is a regional lender in Philadelphia with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. You would join a large organisation of about 244 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around fraud alerts that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in fraud alerts. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
