Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (Philadelphia, PA)

Bright Kestrel Learning Group is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for student accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in student accounts. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
