Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (Philadelphia, PA)

Fernwood Linden Banking Services is a regional lender in Philadelphia with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on accessibility review. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around card disputes that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in card disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
