Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (Philadelphia, PA)

Nova Bridge Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Philadelphia working with agencies and riders, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in route schedules. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
