Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (Philadelphia, PA)

Harborlight Keystone Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Philadelphia working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on accessibility review. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around route schedules that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in route schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
