Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (Orlando, FL)

Silverline Pike Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Orlando. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on accessibility review. You would join a small organisation of about 165 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Design for tasks around promotions that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in promotions. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
