Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (Orlando, FL)

Highbridge Lantern Pharma Group is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for regulatory filings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 309 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in regulatory filings. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
