Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Haven Learning Group and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be accessibility review. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around enrolment that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
