Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (Orlando, FL)

Greenridge Thistle Early Learning runs childcare centres in Orlando caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on accessibility review. You would join a small organisation of about 65 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Design for tasks around meal programmes that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in meal programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
