Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (Omaha, NE)

Nova Keystone Health is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for patient scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around patient scheduling that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in patient scheduling. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
