Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (Oklahoma City, OK)

Silverline Ridge Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Oklahoma City producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on accessibility review. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around quality documentation that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in quality documentation. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
