Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (Oklahoma City, OK)

Cedar Field Markets Partners is a Oklahoma City retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on accessibility review. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Design for tasks around shrink and waste that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in shrink and waste. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
