Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (Oklahoma City, OK)

Highbridge Lantern Medical designs and makes medical devices in Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on accessibility review. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around training materials that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in training materials. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
