Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Iron Medical and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be accessibility review. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in training materials. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
