Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Granite Press and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be accessibility review. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in customer orders. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
