Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (Minneapolis, MN)

Lumen Meadow Press Partners is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for bindery work, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around bindery work that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in bindery work. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
