Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (Memphis, TN)

Redstone Haven Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Memphis area. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on accessibility review. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around family communication that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
