Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Nova Stone Transit Planning and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be accessibility review. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in accessibility audits. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
