Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Ivory Banking Services and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be accessibility review. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around deposit accounts that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in deposit accounts. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
