Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Cedar Amber Medical and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be accessibility review. You would join a small organisation of about 112 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around complaint handling that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in complaint handling. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
