Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (Memphis, TN)

Cedar Maple Financial serves customers across Memphis with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on accessibility review. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around loan applications that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in loan applications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
