Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (Memphis, TN)

Redstone North Medical is a Memphis company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. You would join a small organisation of about 132 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in complaint handling. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
