Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (Memphis, TN)

Cedar Field Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Memphis, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around classroom supplies that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
