Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (Memphis, TN)

Amberfield Bright Community Partners is a nonprofit in Memphis supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around food distribution that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in food distribution. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
