Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (Louisville, KY)

Westbrook Clear Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Louisville design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on accessibility review. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in route schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
