Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (Louisville, KY)

Bright Ivory Health Partners provides primary and specialty care in Louisville, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in patient scheduling. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
