Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (Hartford, CT)

Foxglove North Pharma develops and makes medicines in Hartford. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on accessibility review. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around release testing that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in release testing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
