Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (Grand Rapids, MI)

Clearpath Summit Medical is a Grand Rapids company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on accessibility review. You would join a large organisation of about 590 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Design for tasks around complaint handling that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in complaint handling. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
