Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (Fort Worth, TX)

Highbridge Pike Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Fort Worth. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on accessibility review. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Design for tasks around underwriting files that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in underwriting files. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
