Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (Fort Worth, TX)

Summit Fox Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Fort Worth. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on accessibility review. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around family communication that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
