Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (Denver, CO)

Highbridge Vale Early Learning is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for licensing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in licensing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
