Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (Dallas, TX)

Foxglove Kestrel Pharma develops and makes medicines in Dallas. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on accessibility review. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around regulatory filings that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in regulatory filings. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
