Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Cedar Pine Learning Group and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be accessibility review. Families are partners. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around attendance records that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in attendance records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
