Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (Cleveland, OH)

Westbrook Kestrel Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Cleveland plant, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Design for tasks around customer orders that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in customer orders. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
