Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (Cleveland, OH)

Silverline Kestrel Insurance is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for premium billing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in premium billing. • Experience running usability tests.
